What we can tell you is what we promise: 100% human hair, described honestly, with the delivery window stated up front and a 30-day return policy on anything unused.
Reviews live on the products
Every product page has its own reviews section. Once customers start leaving them, you'll see real ratings and photos right where you're deciding — not collected on a separate page away from the thing you're actually looking at.
Ordered from us?
You'll get an email a couple of weeks after delivery asking how it went. That's long enough to have installed it, worn it, and washed it at least once — which is when you actually know.
Photos are the most useful thing you can leave. Studio lighting flatters everything. A real install in real light tells the next person far more than we ever could.
Something wrong instead?
If your order wasn't right, please email support@shopbeautypursuit.com before leaving a review — we'd rather fix it than read about it. Damaged or incorrect items are sorted at no cost to you within 7 days of delivery.
