Is this real human hair?

Yes. All of our wigs, bundles, and closures are cut from 100% human hair — nothing synthetic. You can color, heat style, and treat it like your own.

How do I pick the right length and density?

Each product page lists available lengths and density options. As a general rule: 150–180% density reads natural and everyday, while 200% and up gives a fuller, more dramatic look. Not sure? Email us and we're happy to help.

Why does my hair look shorter than the length I ordered?

Length is measured stretched. Curly, wavy, and kinky textures will look shorter when they're not pulled straight — that's the nature of textured hair, not a shortage. A 24 inch curly bundle measures 24 inches stretched.

Will my color match the photos exactly?

Color can look different depending on your screen and lighting, so slight variation from the photos is normal. If a shade arrives noticeably different from what's listed, email us with photos and we'll make it right.

How long does my order take to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days. Some items ship on a longer timeline of 6–12 business days — where that's the case, it's noted on the product page before you buy.

Occasionally an order takes longer than estimated. Customs, carrier backlogs, weather, and peak seasons can all push a delivery past our window. If your order passes its estimate, email us with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.

I need it for a specific date. How far ahead should I order?

For a wedding, birthday, vacation, or photoshoot, order at least three weeks ahead. Delivery estimates are based on typical transit and no carrier guarantees a date — building in extra time means you're not refreshing tracking the night before.

How long does a bundle or wig last with proper care?

With sulfate-free products, gentle handling, and proper storage, our hair holds its pattern and shine through repeated installs. Wash with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, and detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb, working from ends to roots.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

How do I track my order?

Visit our Track Your Order page, or check the confirmation email we send when your order ships. Please allow a few business days for tracking to show movement — carriers often don't scan a package until it reaches a sorting facility.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Hair must be unused and in its original condition — not worn, washed, cut, colored, or customized — and tools and beauty products must be unopened. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.
